Shipping & Delivery Policy — Aman Point

Scope: Domestic (Indonesia) and international orders.

Stock Availability: We strive to maintain accurate stock; discrepancies may occur. We may fulfill available items and contact you regarding the remainder.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight/dimensions/destination and collected with the order.

Transit Times:
- Domestic (Indonesia): typically 2–3 business days (excluding order day/holidays).
- International: typically 4–7 business days (varies by carrier/customs).
Dispatch Time: Usually within 2 business days after payment; closed on national holidays.
Change of Address: Allowed before dispatch; after dispatch, contact the carrier.
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery Time Exceeded: After dispatch, please contact the carrier.
Tracking: A tracking link is provided upon dispatch.
Parcels Damaged in Transit: We ensure quality before dispatch. After hand-off to the carrier, claims should be raised with the carrier.
Duties & Taxes:

Domestic taxes included where applicable within Indonesia.
International: duties/taxes payable by customer upon arrival; refusal to pay may prevent return; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Before dispatch, cancellations may be accepted. After dispatch, refer to our Return/Exchange Policy.
Insurance: Shipments are subject to carrier limits and coverage.
