Return & Exchange Policy — Aman Point (Domestic & International)

General Eligibility

To qualify for a return/exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all accessories.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: We do not issue refunds; Aman Point operates an exchange-only policy (except where required by law).


Domestic (Indonesia) Returns/Exchanges

Notify us: within 3 days of delivery.
Complete the return: within 7 days of delivery.

Steps:

  1. Email info@amanpoint.com with your order number and details, and wait for our confirmation and RMA instructions.

  2. Once confirmed, pack the item and invoice securely and ship to the return address we provide (Jakarta office).

    In-person drop-off is by appointment only.

  3. After inspection, we will process an exchange:

    • For an item of equal value or similar.

    • If the replacement costs more, the customer pays the difference.

  4. Domestic shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by us.


International Returns/Exchanges

Notify us: within 3 days of delivery.
Returned parcel arrival to Aman Point: within 15 days from our email approval.

Customer responsibilities (international):

  • Arrange and pay for return shipping and the replacement shipment.

  • Pay any applicable taxes/duties on the replacement.

  • Pay any price difference if the replacement is higher in value.

Steps:

  1. Email info@amanpoint.com with your order number and return details.

  2. After confirmation and receiving the return address, pack the item and invoice in a box.

  3. On the Air Waybill, include your invoice number and the note:
    “Return shipment to PT AMAN POINT INTERNATIONAL GROUP.”

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you so you can place a new order for the exchange item; our team will assist you.


Refunds

  • We do not issue refunds; exchanges only.

  • Exceptions apply where required by applicable law.


Warranty

  • Aman Point is not the manufacturer; warranties are provided by the manufacturer/authorized agent per their terms.

  • We’re happy to assist in coordination when needed; please include your Aman Point invoice.


Additional Notes

  • Returns without prior RMA approval may be refused.

  • Opened/used items or those not in resalable condition may be ineligible.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet the criteria above.
